For those of you not lucky enough to have BIM Express tools, there is a safe and easy way to make sheets using a simple script in Dynamo and a very basic Excel document.

Set Family Types to your Sheet file
Set Level to LEVEL 01 in your project (or whatever its named)
Connect the Excel file to the File Path node.
Click Run.
